BYRON ELLIOTT – CHIEF VISION OFFICER
Byron Elliott is an experienced Colorado attorney and business owner who has supported real estate syndicators through acquisition, due diligence, closing, entity formation and private equity offerings. He is a founding partner attorney with 3 Pillars Law, PLLC, and his experience includes contract drafting and review, lease agreements, and general legal consultation. He has successfully supported syndication deals in the self- storage, RV Park, manufactured housing / mobile home and mixed-use asset classes, and has personally invested in $3,500,000 in multiple asset classes. Additionally, Byron is well-versed in PACE Lending, and numerous tax incentive programs.
Byron holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, a Master of Business Administration Degree from Colorado Christian University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Regis University, and a Master Certificate, Government Contracting, through Villanova University. He also has a Project Management Professional certification through Norwich University. He is a graduate of the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
KATIE PIERCE – CHIEF OF OPERATIONS
Katie Pierce is an avid real estate investor, active Colorado real estate broker associate, and currently manages numerous short-term/ long-term rentals and commercial offices in Colorado. In addition to real estate, Katie is the managing partner attorney at 3 Pillars Law, PLLC and has professionally handled over a thousand legal matters in numerous practice areas to include business, real estate, contracts, employment law, military law, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Katie has also served over 21 years in the United States Army and Army Reserve as a Military Intelligence Officer, with duty assignments all over the world. She is currently the 652 RSG Commander, headquartered in Helena, Montana.
Katie holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy Pre-Law from Santa Clara University. She has over 200 hours of continuing legal education in real estate, opportunity zones, business law, mediation, negotiations, legislation, civil litigation, and ethics. She volunteers with Colorado Lawyers for Colorado Veterans, Metro Volunteer Lawyers, and Colorado Veterans Project.
DAVID RECKSEEN – CHIEF OF INVESTOR SERVICES
David Reckseen has over two decades of technology acquisition and client relations experience for various Fortune 100 companies and Venture Capital firms. His experience includes performing research and analysis of client centric intelligence to evaluate the financial, technical and commercial viability of identified partnership opportunities.
Over the past five years David has successfully recruited 30+ strategic partners accounting for a combined $1.5BB+ in FY15-FY19 revenue. He is an investor in both commercial and residential real estate assets and has owned several small businesses.
As Chief of Investor Services for REI Keyholder, Dave oversees all communications with the Firm’s investors and their registered representatives. He leads the investor services team, ensuring investment information is timely and accurate.
David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
BENJAMIN ROBERTS – CHIEF OF ASSET ACQUISITION, MANAGEMENT AND DISPOSITION
Benjamin Roberts is an experienced real estate investor with extensive experience in managing both residential and commercial real estate investments. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Colorado and South Carolina with over 8 years of licensed sales experience. Benjamin is the Broker/Owner at Rock Realty Group in Caste Rock, Colorado, which specializes in residential and commercial investment acquisitions/dispositions. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Real Estate Investments, Project Management, and Real Estate Marketing Strategies.
As Chief of Acquisitions, Asset Management and Dispositions, Benjamin is responsible for monitoring the financial performance of all REI Keyholder assets, as well as executing innovative strategies to maximize profits and investor returns. Benjamin is responsible for asset valuation and feasibility analysis to insure that any prospective investment meets our investment criteria as well as our expected investor returns.
Benjamin is the founder of a private real estate investment group, Castle Rock Real Estate Investors. The group strives to educate new investors as well as bring industry professionals together to form lasting professional relationships.
In addition to Benjamin’s Real Estate Brokers License Certifications in Colorado and South Carolina, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida, studying Political Science and Public Administration.
